Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A "consumer" is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction which, to a very large extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial activities or his independent professional activities.)

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying a reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

 

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided that you ordered one or more products within the framework of a standard order and that this/these product/ s are delivered uniformly;

 

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last product, provided that you have ordered several products within the framework of a standard order and that these products are delivered separately;

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AIA-Market, Buchstr. 44, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen, Telephone number: +49 (0) 7142 339 86 60, E-mail address: afriindiasiamarket@gmail.com) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). For this, you can use the attached model revocation form, which is however not mandatory.

 

In order to preserve the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
